Garry, Robin and Charlie,
Now that our house is officially SOLD, I wanted to take a moment and send a heartfelt "Thank You" for all of the work you put into this longer-than-typical-in-Vancouver sales cycle. Garry - the kombucha explosion, the front stair treads, the light fixture...all examples of how you went above and beyond to get this job done.  Thank you for the countless hours you spent fielding calls, manning open houses and working through paperwork - we appreciate every minute of it. Robin - your decision to have a spontaneous open house that Sunday, your intuition to keep it open just 30 minutes longer...those made all the difference in finding the right buyer for this house. Charlie - even though we never met face to face, we know you were doing a ton of work behind the scenes and we thank you for all of it. Overall, we are very happy with the way things worked out.  We are so glad the family moving in knows and appreciates the neighbourhood the way we do - and we are especially glad that our timelines align perfectly.  We will absolutely recommend your services to any of our friends looking for a realtor on the North Shore.
